Sorbact is an antimicrobial technology utilized by Cutimed^® Sorbact^® wound dressings, to which microbes bind irreversibly. It is effective in wounds to reduce the bacterial burden.

Promotes healing needs of chronic wounds with superabsorbent polymers that form into a soft gel with a moist outer shell once exudate is absorbed. HRT dressings contain a unique central fiber matrix, constructed from a combination of hydrophilic cellulose strands that are closely bound with hydrophilic gel-forming polymers. This ensures there is still moisture on the wound side of the product while excessive exudate is transported away from the wound.
